University of Washington Center for Technology and Disability Studies (UWCTDS)
Technology can increase access to education, community and employment for people with disabilities. UWCTDS provides research, education, training, policy analysis, and legal advocacy related to assistive technology and accessible information systems.
UWCTDS is an interdisciplinary program within the Center for Human Development and Disability and the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine in the School of Medicine. Our work is supported by grants from the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Health and Human Services, and other funding sources.
