Sherrie Brown, J.D., Ed. D, a Research Associate Professor in the College of Education, teaches Special Education and School Law at the University of Washington and disability studies courses through the Law, Societies and Justice Program. Her work focuses on the rights of children and adults with disabilities. As the policy and funding specialist for U.W. Center for Technology and Disability Studies she provides training and advocacy assistance for AT consumers and their families.
