Conference Goal

To provide rehabilitation counselors and other rehabilitation professionals with a comprehensive overview of medical issues in rehabilitation.

Learning Objectives

1. to demonstrate a command of the knowledge base related to the medical aspects of a variety of disabling conditions;

2. to demonstrate an understanding of the functional limitations approach rehabilitation assessment;

3. to demonstrate the application of information about functional limitations to return-to-work and community-re-entry rehabilitation plans.

Location

Please indicate your intention to pursue any of the following kinds of credit when you register for the conference.

University of Washington Credit:

Participants who want academic credit in addition to continuing education credits may enroll as non-matriculated students in the U.W. Course, Rehab496 for an extra fee. This involves completion of assignments and the award of three credits.
